Elder Rob J. Thrash IV, Governor of Operations and Church Relations

The Governor of Operations and Church Relations is a member of the Board of Governors of A.R.M.E.D and is selected by the Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor for an unspecified period of service.  Under the supervision of the Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor, he helps facilitate the growth of A.R.M.E.D. and creates fellowship opportunities with other churches and organizations.  As overseer of the Alliance, provides creative counsel and direction for various ministries of the church as they organize and produce various events and services. He contributes to the team spirit of the staff through fellowship, encouragement, cooperation, prayer and other appropriate ways as he serves the Lord Jesus Christ and the A.R.M.E.D. family.

      Equipment Division

Our mission is to equip God's people to be independent, healthy, strong, Christians. This can be accomplished by systematic teaching at all levels. To this end, we shall provide:
• Empowerment Hour (Sunday School) classes for all ages
• Bible Classes
• Small Groups
• Retreats
• Workshops

We identify and train teachers for each of these areas. Our goal is to see that those who avail themselves of these resources, will be A.R.M.E.D. and victorious in their Christian walk.

     Member Services

The Member Services Department (MSD) of A.R.M.E.D. is designed to provide the administration a more efficient way to track member information. The MSD will collect data such as: demographics, emergency medical information, date of membership, baptism, etc. This information is confidential and the medical information will be used only in case of an emergency. Demographic information may be used to develop proposals in the future.

     Men of Valor

The Men of Valor aim to come together on a social level, developing men spiritually, emotionally, and naturally. Providing tools to build a strong relationship between God and man is also the focus of the Men of Valor. Through our relationship with God, our passion to demonstrate Christian love for all mankind will be motivated. Most of all, we purpose to become Accountable, Responsible, Mature, Equipped, and Disciplined Men for the Master's use.

     The Tribe

The Tribe has been called to lead A.R.M.E.D. in Worship and Praise by making a joyful and powerful noise unto the Lord. The Tribe aims to present original songs and music to the people of A.R.M.E.D., as a way to mix the old-school sound of Gospel music with a contemporary vibe. The Tribe is an integral part of the worship experience at Christ-Centered A.R.M.E.D. Ministries, and ministers through the anointing and command of the Holy Spirit. Nicole is currently overseeing a recording projecting for A.R.M.E.D. & Dangerous, Christ-Centered A.R.M.E.D. Ministries' Praise Team and Band.

     Door Keepers

 The Door Keepers of A.R.M.E.D. serve in a way that is pleasing to God and ensures that every member and attendee has a meaningful worship experience. The Door Keepers prepare the programs for the Greeters, instruct people where to sit, assist parents with small children, and assist during altar call and offering. The Door Keepers ministry is designed to serve God's people with gracious greetings, directing and assisting them in a friendly and hospitable manner as they enter the sanctuary for worship.

     The Force

The Force works along side the Door Keepers to ensure a safe environment for all members and attendees to worship. The Force patrols the perimeter of the church building and is on alert for unusual activity that might occur during church services and events. Members of The Force also serve as Armor Bearer to the Pastors, assisting them with special needs.

     Levites

Christ-Centered A.R.M.E.D. Ministries relies on the tithes and offerings of members and attendees to sustain the ministry. When A.R.M.E.D. endeavors to complete a church beautification project, it is sometimes necessary for special fundraising to take place. The Levites of A.R.M.E.D. oversee all special fundraising and ensures that A.R.M.E.D. is able to see each beautification project the whole way through. The Levites usually sponsor no more than two major annual fundraisers.

      Soldier Fellowship

     Rodney Webb, Director

The Soldier Fellowship of CCAM seeks to develop long-lasting relationships and fellowship with each other, through Christ. Our goals are to provide a relaxed environment for fellowship and fun, and to organize getaways, outings, straight talks, offering each other support with no pressure. The Soldier Fellowship currently hosts a monthly fellowship activity and a book club that meets on Tuesday nights at 7:00 p.m.

Youth Empowered to Succeed

Youth Empowered to Succeed (YES) is an exciting organization of youth who are serious about their love for the Lord. The youth of A.R.M.E.D. are dedicated to fellowship, learning the Word of God, working around the church, and having lots of fun in the process. The Dr. Robert J. Thrash III Scholarship Fund has been developed by Youth On The Move to help support the youth of A.R.M.E.D. who are pursuing higher education. The director of this great ministry, works with a staff of committed parents and young people who believe that being reared in the house of God is a meaningful, necessary, and fun-filled experience.
